Monelix may collect account information such as email address, user ID, display name, and sign-in provider details used for registration, authentication, and account management. Depending on how you sign in, this may include email/password credentials or identity data returned by Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple.

Monelix also processes financial information and other content you create, enter, or import into app, including wallets, transactions, budgets, categories, savings goals, recurring transactions, notes, labels, custom names, imported backup files, and imported transaction content such as SMS-derived or receipt-derived transaction details when you choose to use those features.

Monelix may process device and app metadata needed for reminders and sync, such as push notification token, platform, locale, timezone, currency symbol, and notification preference settings. We also collect crash data used to diagnose and improve app stability.

We use collected information to provide app functionality, manage user accounts, store data locally on your device and in cloud services, sync supported data across devices, send or schedule reminders and push notifications you enable, provide customer support, process backup export and import actions, and improve app stability.

Monelix uses third-party infrastructure providers, including Firebase Authentication for sign-in, Cloud Firestore for cloud data storage, Firebase Cloud Messaging for remote push delivery, Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, and Supabase for push-related backend functions. Monelix also uses local notification frameworks on your device to display reminders and notifications.

These services may process data according to their own privacy practices.

Monelix stores app data locally on your device to support offline access and app performance. This may include settings and financial records such as wallets, transactions, categories, budgets, recurring items, savings goals, and related app data.

Monelix does not use collected data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. Monelix does not sell user data and does not use third-party advertising.

User data is retained as needed to provide app functionality. Users may delete their account from profile settings in app or request deletion of account and associated cloud data by contacting us. Some data may remain on your device until removed through app deletion, local reset, or overwrite by later app activity.

We use reasonable technical measures and Firebase services to help protect user data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

If you enable reminders or push notifications, Monelix may request notification permissions and process device token, reminder preferences, and scheduling information needed to deliver those notifications. Notification delivery may depend on your device settings, operating system behavior, network availability, and third-party messaging services.

Monelix is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
